Return Policy

Return Timeframe: Most online stores accept returns of merchandise within a certain timeframe, usually within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise Condition: Merchandise returns usually require the merchandise to be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

REFUND METHODS: After returning an item, the customer has the option of either a refund or an exchange. Refunds are usually made to the original method of payment

used to make the purchase, such as a credit card refund or e-wallet refund.

Shipping Responsibility: In some cases, the online store will cover the return shipping costs; however, in general, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Handling of special items: Some items may not be subject to the return policy, such as customized items, food, hygiene products, etc., and usually require special attention to

the instructions prior to purchase.
